2. Products
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate. As our products are handmade and made from natural or recycled materials, slight variations in colour, finish or appearance may occur.
These variations do not constitute defects.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
4. Orders
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud or product unavailability.
5. Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on our website.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures or carrier delays.
Padel Jewels cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or customs authorities.
6. Returns
Consumers may return unused products within 14 days of receiving their order.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- In original condition
- In original packaging
Customised, personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
7. Warranty
We provide a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper use
- Accidental damage
- Damage caused by chemicals or misuse
If a manufacturing defect occurs within the warranty period, we will repair, replace or refund the product at our discretion.
8. Product Care
Although many Padel Jewels products are designed to be water- and sweat-resistant, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to chemicals, perfumes, cleaning products and excessive abrasion to maximise product lifespan.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase value of the product concerned.
Padel Jewels shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Padel Jewels website, including logos, images, designs, product names and text, remains the property of Padel Jewels and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written consent.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
